Shipping and return policies for Northern Cold

-- Fulfillment Times --
Northern Cold is a one-person operation, it will take me some time to prep and ship your order. Most orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days, but there may be times when I'm out of town and can't ship orders. I'll send you an order update if this happens to be the case.

-- Taxes / Duties --
For orders shipped outside of the United States: items are considered Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that I'm responsible for shipping the package to you, but you are responsible for import duties, if they are applied once they arrive in your country. Import duties are not always required, but you do bear that risk.

Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be preauthorized via email to keith@northerncoldmusic.com. Do not send returns back without preauthorization, or they will not be refunded. Requests must be made within 30 days of the day you received the item.

-- Vinyl Records Return Policy --
If your vinyl record has manufacturing defects (completely unplayable, mislabeled sides, wrong color variant, etc) -- send me an email (address above) describing the issue and I can provide a return label. In most circumstances, refunds due to vinyl surface noise or light cosmetic damage from shipping will not be accepted. Surface noise is often an issue where the record needs to be cleaned, but reach out if you have questions there too.
